Welcome to Deep Skylabs. By engaging with our developer nodes, open-source builds, or product suites, you accept these core operational terms.
1. Software Usage & Integrations
All open-source tools, repositories, and packages authored by Deep Skylabs are governed under their respective license headers (typically MIT or Apache 2.0). Proprietary source kits, closed-beta integrations, and client delivery builds remain exclusive intellectual properties.
2. Developer Licensing Rules
By calling our facial verification APIs, SDKs, or cloud-hosted telemetry pipelines, you agree to build systems that respect human dignity, data ownership, and regional regulatory rules (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Malicious liveness spoofing integrations are strictly disallowed.
3. Systems SLA & Guarantee Limits
We construct robust infrastructure architectures with top-tier tools. However, all beta builds, developer utilities, and telemetry streams are supplied 'as-is' without liability to the maximum extent permitted by governing laws.
4. Compliance & Jurisdictional Space
These terms are interpreted and governed under the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India, without regard to conflicts of legal provisions. Any formal claims or audits must be directed through our technical operations desks.
